Our Story.
notNeutral was founded in 2001 by the award-winning, multidisciplinary design company RIOS, driven by a passion to create impeccably designed products and a strong belief that architecture is more than just a building: it's everything in a design environment.
We entered the world of specialty coffee after collaborating with world champion baristas to design the perfect cups; sophisticated art that is increasingly prominent. Driven by the success of our iconic 'Lino' collection, we have made it our mission to continue creating extraordinary products for the specialty coffee and hospitality industry, all rigorously adhering to studies, testing, and meticulous design.
