Shipping and delivery conditions:

Shipping time is 5 to 8 business days from your purchase; however, depending on the area of the country you are in, delivery days could be extended a little longer.

We will send your products with the support of a parcel company and we will contact you after your purchase to confirm your address, to provide you with your tracking number, and then to verify that you have received your product in good condition.

If the product is not in stock, please contact us to give you the best estimated delivery time.

How can I make my payment?

We accept payment with:

      • Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card through our online store.
      • Bank transfer by requesting our bank details at info@juventinocafe.com
      • You can request a PayPal payment format if you request a personalized quote.
      • Direct deposit to our account by requesting our bank details at info@juventinocafe.com

How can I request my invoice?

Request your invoice at info@juventinocafe.com by sending your billing information including Tax Regime and use of CFDI.

The product I want is out of stock.

If your product is out of stock. Contact us at info@juventinocafe.com or call us at 55 5011 2262 and we will let you know when the next orders are scheduled.

The product arrived with a defect.

If your product arrives with a defect, or if you received a different model or color than you ordered, take some evidence (such as photographs) to facilitate the return process and send them to info@juventinocafe.com

The product will be replaced free of charge.

Cancellations, returns or exchanges.

You can cancel and/or change purchases made before your order is traveling to your address. If it is already about to arrive at your home, receive it and if you are not satisfied, request an exchange or return at info@juventinocafe.com

Once your return or exchange request is received, we will refund via check and/or exchange your products.
